Improved protein expression from the baculovirus expression vector system (BEVS) utilizing ParaTechs’ Vankyrin-Enhanced (VE) Sf9 insect cells. Further enhancement by using VE cells with our VE-transfer vector.

This cell line offers a much prolonged expression time that greatly enhances the yield of stable proteins. These cells are suitable for the expression of highly stable intracellular and secreted proteins. The cells are sold in batches of 1×10⁷/ml cells in serum-free medium. Sf9-derived cell line for the enhanced expression of highly unstable or toxic proteins.
